This site has been made available for individuals only; no companies, organizations or businesses cannot become part of this site for any reason. Unauthorized use of the site and violations of terms will be investigated, and legal actions will be taken to stop such activities on join4marry.com.

Welcome to Join4marry.com matrimonial. By using our services, user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use (this "Agreement"), whether or not user is registered as a member of Join4marry.com ("user are hereinafter shall mean Member unless otherwise the context requires "). Please read the "Agreement" carefully if user wishes to become a member and make use of the Join4marry.com (also referred as "Service"). By registering with us you acknowledge that you agree to terms and conditions contained in the Agreement. This Agreement gives limited rights of access to the Member subject to fulfilling and following of the terms and conditions inscribed under the Agreement. The Join4marry.com shall mean and includes the online platform, website, mobile applications, blog, social media accounts, or software program developed by Service Provider from time to time pertaining to matrimonial service only. If you object to anything in this Agreement or our Privacy Policy, please do not register/ use the services provided through Join4marry.com by Service Provider.

By accessing the Join4marry.com or becoming a member, you agree to have read and accepted this Agreement provided to you in electronic form.

1. ELIGIBILITY. 

User or member must be age of 18 years or above (applicable to woman) or 21 years or above (applicable to man). Must be Legally competent to marry as per the law applicable to you (however you may register on our website/App by stating "Awaiting Divorce"), and not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force from entering into a valid marriage(contract).

2. Term & Termination.

• This Agreement will be effective, valid and subsisting as long as you use our Site.
• You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to Join4marry.com. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
• Join4marry.com may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason including but not limited to breach of the terms of use, using the service for commercial purpose, engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity, by sending notice to you at the email address as provided by you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to Join4marry.com. If Join4marry.com terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any Subscription fees, if any, paid by you. 

3. Non-Commercial Use by Members.

The Site is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose finding relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. This includes providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to Join4marry.com. Organizations, companies, and businesses cannot become Members of Join4marry.com and should not use the Join4marry.com Service or Site for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

4. Prohibited Activities.

This informed to User/members Join4marry.com has right to investigate and terminate any membership at any time, if Member have misused the Join4marry.com’s service or whose conduct is unlawful or illegal action like following activities -

• If user/member found impersonate, stalk or harass any “person, group, community or entity”.
• If user/member should express or make a statement that contents you publish are endorsed by Join4marry.com without our specific prior written consent.
• If user/member post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. And will not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Service.
• If user/member post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• If user/member "frame" or "mirror" any part of the service or the website, without service provider prior written consent & authorization.

5. COPYRIGHT POLICY.

You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Join4marry.com service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

• An electronic or physical signature of the owner of the copyright or other right being infringed, or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other right being infringed.
• A description of the copyright protected work or other intellectual property right that you claim has been infringed.
• A description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Platform.
• Your address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of those materials on the Platform is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement by you that the above information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

6. Other Terms of Use for Members.

• User/Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on our website. Join4marry.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
• User/Member hereby confirms that the Content or any information including the personal information provided by the member is correct and accurate. If the member is creating the profile on behalf of his friend, relative or children, he hereby agree that he have the required permission and consent from the particular person whose profile is created on Join4marry.com by the member.
• User/Member hereby confirm that by registering at Join4marry.com, the member hereby undertake that he do not have any objection to receive emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages and calls from Join4marry.com as long as he is a registered member of Join4marry.com. This Member hereby confirm that consent shall supersede any preferences set by the member with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register). This Member hereby extend his consent to emails, messages or calls relating to phone number verification, matrimonial advertising services, matrimonial enquiries and promotions.
• User/Members are strongly advised to submit and upload at the website copy of any of the Government issued identity cards like Pan Card or Adhar Card or Passport or Driving Licence for identification proof purposes.
• Join4marry.com responsibility for any interruption or delay in the operation or transmission, communications line failure like “internet, telecom network or lines, computer online systems, servers, software, failure of e-mails on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, including injury or damage to Members or to any other person resulting from participating or downloading /information from the Platform”. However the Join4marry.com will provide full internet support and Technical Support, but there might be instances of internet and technical problems beyond the control of the company and website.
• The Company and the Website does not guarantee that the Website will meet the requirements of the member and the company does not make any warranty with respect to results obtained from the use of website.
• User/Member agree to compensate and hold Join4marry.com, its directors, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any claim, demand, loss or liability arising out of member's use of the Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms and/or any fraudulent act on part of any member.
• The usage of this Platform and any disputes/issues arising out of it shall be subject to the applicable laws in force in India and shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in Berhampur, Odisha, India.

This Agreement is an electronic document in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rules there under pertaining to electronic records as applicable and amended. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
